I am  a teacher of young children and a supporter of others who do the same.  I am an activist for supporting and improving the quality of experiences children have in the world – from child care to TV.  and the grocery store.  and Walmart.  I have a training and consulting “shop” called redbroom and this blog is where I get to rant in a very professional manner.  I live in NC, home to many good things for children and where we still have many things to figure out.
